Welcome to Kathryn Patricia Cobbler's music subscription! We are a subscription service that provides our members (“you” or “your” or “Member”) with access to a music collection for use by our Members and licensed by Kathryn Patricia Cobbler, pursuant to these subscription Terms of Use (“Subscription Terms”):

Subscription Terms: Kathryn Patricia Cobbler hereby grants you permission to access and use the subscription service as set forth in these Subscription Terms.

Please Note: This Music Collection is not Royalty free: All rights and ownership of the music in this collection belong to the copyright holder Kathryn Patricia Cobbler (AKA 'Kathryn Patricia' and/or 'Kathryn Cobbler').

Permitted Content: Kathryn Patricia Cobbler hereby grants you a music license for each piece of music in this collection to be used for physical units and unpaid web.

You are an individual wishing to license a master recordings embodies therein "Musical Work(s)"for the creation of a film or photo slideshow that covers the wedding day or similar event, for that couples' use and for promotion on your website, social media, so long as there is no ad spend.

 

# of Spots: one license per Musical Work; A Musical Work can be cut to fit a segment of video but should not have the audio modified or remixed without Kathryn Patricia Cobbler's consent.

Life Span: Perpetual

Terms of Use: Your music licensing subscription of Kathryn Patricia Cobbler's Musical Works will be for a term of 12 months and automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless and until you cancel your subscription. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") to use the Service. We will bill the applicable subscription fee to your Payment Method.

 

Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel pursuant to this agreement.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Disclaimer of Warranties: You agree that your use of the subscription service shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by the law.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Kathryn Patricia Cobbler, her employees, contractors or representatives, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever.

In submitting payment for the music collection you agree to the above terms of use and conditions.
